This company tows off my property, thankful they do because we have a lot of cars that shouldn’t be here! A gentleman named B-rad is always working hard and is also respectful as well. I had a visitor towed and when I went to the office in Fort Worth with friend to get car even the lady at the front desk was helpful and nice… can’t park where you aren’t supposed to and get upset…. Better off just being nice to their office tbh…

Shannon, Matt, and Zach are awesome! They’re incredibly quick to respond and super easy to work with. Having Park & Tow take the parking situation off our hands has been such a relief here at our property. Professional, efficient, and reliable — highly recommend!

I bought a new car and was having trouble adding it to my resident profile, I made a call and a young lady named Alexa picked up and troubleshot me through the whole thing to where I was finally able to get it added. She was patient, kind and delivered. I appreciate her attention to detail when getting this matter resolved.

Good towing company

I was recently in a position where My truck needed a tow and I saw a tow truck and asked for help, big shoutout and thank you to Brad Brumley. He helped me out and was very helpful without hesitation. Thanks Brad !!

Locked my keys in my truck on accident, seen tow truck driving through property so I stopped and asked if he could help get my keys out. Chris was so awesome and helped me unlock and retrieve my keys. Appreciate the help so much and it helped me not be so late to work. Thanks!!

Very helpful

I spoke with the manager, John and also spoke with Dom. They were both extremely helpful, patient and kind. I needed a special parking permit for the rental car I received today while my car is in the shop and they were so helpful in providing a special parking permit for the rental car I temporarily have and told me that the permit is good for 4 weeks. I was so worried about towing since it's a rental but they eased my concerns with their help and assistance. Thank you John & Dom. I really appreciate your help greatly.

I know most people have poor experiences but the representative today, Dom, was stellar. I was in a collision and suffered a spinal injury, and was concerned my loaner car would be towed from my carport during repairs to my normal car. Submitted a change permit request and gave a call to see if I could get it pushed through, and he took me step by step through what he was doing on his end to process it ASAP and prevent me from losing my rental. Keep him and pay him what he’s worth, management.
